EVENT STYLING & RENTALS


How do I Book or Request a quote?

You may email me at liliana@lilixoana.com please include the Date, Number of Guest & Location of your event, I will respond within 24 hours.

 

Do you require a deposit when booking?

Yes, once you are ready to hire for Event Styling or a Desserts order, a 20% deposit is required within 7 days. This will secure your event date.

 

Is there a security fee for rental items?

Yes, $200.00 will be on hold and is fully refundable once items are returned in original condition.

 

Is there a late fee for rentals if it is not returned by the due date?

Yes, the late fee is calculated at 10% of the total rental cost per day. It will be deducted from the security paid.

When is your final payment required?

Final payment for desserts is due the day of pickup. Final payment for Event Styling is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event.

 

What payment options are available?

Money Order, Chase Quick Pay or Paypal.

 

Do we wash everything before returning?

No we ask that you don’t wash any of our items, this reduces breakage.

 

How much time do we need to plan our Event?

It depends on the type and size of the event! Ideally a large, lavish wedding will have more preparation time than a small, yet well planned and executed, birthday party or baby shower. As a guideline, six to eight weeks is a great lead time for most events. That said, we have been known to plan some pretty fabulous parties in much less time!

 

What is included in your fee?

A lot of hours and time go into planning each party. What’s included in your package:
  • Traveling
  • Location Set Up/ Break Down
  • Planning the details, Designing the pieces
  • Advising and suggesting Ideas
  • Styling the event, Embellishing and Crafting of Party Props
  • Ordering and Arranging Decor, Vendors and Rentals
